We understand that when it comes to sleeping arrangements, comfort is key. That’s why we offer the flexibility of converting our twin single beds into a spacious super-king bed, ensuring that you get a good night’s sleep.
We’ve taken great care to ensure that our bedding is of the highest quality and that our mattresses are comfortable and supportive. Not even the divide from where the two single beds join together would hinder your restful night’s sleep, so you can rest assured that whether you opt for twin singles or a super-king bed, you’ll be able to relax and unwind in comfort.
This room can also be linked via a connecting door to Islay so can be used by a family with a double and two singles or as a four-single bed option. This cannot be booked online, please email or phone to see if this option is available for your dates.

Islay is the connecting room to Jura making it into a spacious family suite. It cannot be booked on its own, only with Jura. It can also be linked to Mull but this cannot be done online, please contact us to see if it is available for your dates.

Our Guests' Experiences
We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Bothy, it completely exceeded our already high expectations. I could see from the pictures how beautiful the Bothy was but when I walked in my jaw dropped, it's even more beautiful and spacious in person.
Jackie and her husband have clearly put so much thought and effort into the Bothy, we didn't want or need anything in the 5 days we were there everything was provided. I also loved the offering of ordering a cooked breakfast which we took advantage of on anniversary, it was delicious and well worth the money.
It was so peaceful, completely private and secure which was great for our dog who was just able to roam the garden as he pleased, he spent a lot of time outside sunbathing. The local area is great too, everything is on your doorstep, only a walk away for restaurants, shops, bars, boat cruises etc.
I would recommend staying here to anyone, we loved it!

I would strongly recommend staying here - the Bothy is exactly as described and Jackie is a great host.
Everything was as described and in great condition. It is located in the centre of Drumnadrochit, and being situated next to the river it is the perfect spot. The hot tub and fire pit are a great addition. We had a great time.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Bridgend Bothy. It is a lovely, warm and cosy little hideaway.
The place was immaculately clean and prepared for us and we had no trouble at all checking in and settling in.
There are plenty of lovely places to eat locally. We loved eating at The Fiddlers as the food was absolutely top notch. We are already thinking about a return trip!

Like a home away from home in a very beautiful setting! The Bothy was very clean, smelled gorgeous, was welcoming and thoughtfully equipped with all that you could need and more.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. The hot tub was an amazing way to relax and the garden was like a mini-resort!

The covered hot tub was excellent for relaxing in a morning or evening before or after a day exploring. The hosts Jackie and Keith were very polite and helpful, we would definitely like to stay again.

The bothy is a stunning, well loved and looked after property. Inside it is so comfortable, well decorated with all the appliances that you need. Outside, you've got a nice quiet, private garden with a hot tub and close up. views of the River Enrick.
Location wise, it's only a short drive to Glen Affric, Plodda Falls and Inverness.
We loved it so much that we're thinking of coming back in the summer to do some Munro bagging and explore Glen Affric with bikes.

We had a cozy and peaceful stay at Bridgend Bothy. Perfectly decorated and designed to maximise space. Spotless throughout. All the amenities you need on site. The hot tub was ready to use on arrival, the grounds all enclosed for our wee Westie Jack to explore, safely.
The village has everything you need, we went to The Loch Ness Inn for Sunday Lunch and cocktails and Cafe Eighty Two for breakfast. All within 15 to 20 easy walk. Great location for exploring the beautiful Scottish countryside. Dores , Foyers , Fort Augustus not too far away for a visit. Lovely dog walks nearby.

Bridgend Bothy was perfect in every way! The garden and its surroundings were fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere. Sitting in the hot tub, listening to the river flow by, was simply heavenly.
The property features two lovely outdoor seating areas, which I imagine would be delightful in the summer. The hot tub under the Gazebo is unbelievable, perfect to unwind and relax in.
The interior of the Bothy is sublime. The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully arranged, with lovely little touches throughout. It has everything you need, so you won't feel the need to leave—it's truly a great place to relax. There isn’t a single thing I could fault; it was perfect in every way. From the welcome basket filled with essentials to the comfortable bed and stunning bathroom, every detail was well-considered.
In summary, Bridgend Bothy is a hidden gem. The owners have done an amazing job, and we will definitely return. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat and a lovely base to explore the beautiful Loch Ness area.
